How to Change the Hosting Plan

You can change your current hosting plan to another available plan at any time through the Client Portal.

In short for the client

  • You can change your hosting plan yourself in the Client Portal.
  • If your current plan is nearing its expiration, the system will automatically generate an invoice based on your current billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly).
  • If you wish to change not only the plan but also the billing period — for example, from annual to monthly — please contact technical support to cancel the existing invoice and update the settings.
  • If there are no unpaid invoices for the selected service, you can change the billing period yourself without contacting support.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Log in to your client account.
  2. Go to ServicesMy Services.
  3. Select the service you want to change.
  4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade in the left menu.
  5. Choose the new plan and follow the instructions to confirm the change.

Additional information

If a price difference applies, you will be prompted to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

You can change the billing period yourself if there are no unpaid invoices. Otherwise, please contact technical support for assistance.
