Backups are now available in the hosting control panel

Dear Clients, we are starting the year with good news!

As you know, our Web Hosting and WordPress hosting services include daily automatic backups. This is there so that you can restore your data if anything goes wrong. 

But because of technical limitations, these copies used to be available to administrators only, and restoring a backup was possible only by request to technical support. 

We are glad to tell you that we have successfully removed those technical limitations, and these features are now in the hosting control panel. View your backups and restore the data you need — now it is even faster and more convenient.

The screenshots below show how to check your backups:

1) in the client panel, choose the menu item  "Websites and domains",

2) choose the site whose backup you want to view or download,

3) click "Backup and restore".

After that you can view or download your backups.

Also, in case something goes wrong with these backups, you can always contact us. We will try to restore the data you need from an additional backup that runs independently and is available to administrators only.
