Contact Host4Biz

The fastest way to reach us is a request in the Client Area: the whole of the right department sees it at once, and the thread stays attached to your service. The phone number, the address and the details for your accounting are here too.

  • You can raise a request at any hour
  • English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian
  • Three desks: sales, support, abuse
  • Abuse reports go to the front of the queue
  • Company and address in Warsaw, Poland
  • Details ready for invoices and accounting

How to reach us

Pick a department and your request lands straight with the people who handle it, instead of traveling between teams.

Sales and partnership

Plans, custom terms and partnerships. If you build, maintain or promote websites and have an idea for working together, tell us about it.

Write to sales

Technical support

Anything about a service you already have: access, configuration, website migration, email, certificates. The whole support team sees the request, and we work through them in turn.

Abuse reports

Abuse coming from resources hosted in our networks. Describe what is happening and attach the evidence: links, logs, an IP address. We look at these reports first.

The office phone is +48 22 307 97 57. On a call we cannot confirm that we are talking to the owner of the service, so access and configuration are only discussed in a request from the Client Area.

Address and company details

The Polish company's details, ready to go into contracts and accounting documents.

Address and phone

Company
Host4Biz sp. z o.o.
Address
ul. Świeradowska 47
02-662 Warszawa, Polska

The postal address is the same. The office handles documents and correspondence; the hardware is not here but in the data centers.

Registration details

EU VAT
PL5213701344
NIP
5213701344
KRS
0000566570
REGON

Bank details are deliberately not published here: the account number and the payment reference are printed on the invoice itself, and a transfer has to follow it exactly.

Who we are and where our hardware sits

The company has run since 2010; the servers are in three data centers in Warsaw and Zurich.

What to put in your request

Half of a thread usually goes on follow-up questions. Put these five lines in the first message and there will be none.

  • The domain or the name of the service in question
  • What is happening and what you have already tried
  • When it started and whether it is still going on
  • The exact error text or a screenshot
  • For an abuse report: links, logs and the IP address

Questions about reaching us

Where to write, when we answer and what to do with the company details.

What is the fastest way to reach support?

The fastest way is to create a request in the Client Area. The whole support team sees it at once, and we work through requests in turn.

How can I reach the sales or partnership team?

Create a request in the Client Area and pick the sales department, and it goes straight to the right person. We answer on plans, custom terms and partnerships.

Where do I report abuse related to your servers?

Create a request in the Client Area and describe what is happening. Attach links, logs and an IP address if you have them; we look at these reports first.

Can I use these company details for invoicing?

Yes. The legal address and the details on this page (EU VAT, NIP, KRS, REGON) are current and ready to go into invoices and accounting documents. The payment methods have a page of their own.

Can I create a request at any time?

Yes. The Client Area works around the clock: raise a request whenever you like, and we will get to it in turn.

Can I email instead of creating a request?

Yes. Sales reads [email protected], support reads [email protected], and abuse reports go to [email protected]. An email reaches the same team as a request from the Client Area, but the answer takes a little longer.

Still have a question?

Create a request in the Client Area and pick the department. We work through requests in turn and answer in the same thread.
