‣ How to order a server?

Please write to us which server you have chosen and whether you need to change something in its configuration. We will check if this is possible and place an order in our customer panel. You will only have to pay for the server, and we will wish you all the best!

‣ When my server will be ready?

If the configuration of a ready-made server suits you, we will activate it within an hour. If you want to change the configuration or add additional services, then the server activation will take from 1 to 3 business days.

‣ Which OS can be pre-installed?

Debian, FreeBSD, Ubuntu and Centos operating systems can be pre-installed for free. To install Windows Server OS, you need a license, its cost depends on the number of processor cores on the server. The cost of a Windows Server OS license is $4 for each physical core of all processors on the server.

‣ Where your servers are located?

All our servers are located in Warsaw, in the largest Polish TIER III level data center.

‣ Can I change server configuration after order?

You can change the server configuration parameters upon request to technical support. We will check the technical feasibility, recalculate the cost and change the configuration of the equipment.

‣ What if no server configuration suits my needs?
