The port runs at 100 Mbit/s; traffic through it is unmetered. You can upgrade to 1 Gbit/s when ordering.
One IPv4 is included with the server. More addresses are added when ordering.

The array is built with the tools of the operating system. If you need a hardware controller, say so before ordering and we will find a server.

About the data centers →Once there is more than one server, they usually need to see each other: the app and its database, cluster nodes, a server and its storage. Sending that over the internet is slower and takes the traffic outside without need.
We build you a separate network on our own equipment: every server gets its own port into it, and traffic between your servers never leaves our network.
Three jobs that benefit from physical drives or full control of the server.
If a database needs predictable access to storage, a dedicated server gives it physical drives for its own workload. Speed depends on the drives and RAID layout you choose at checkout.
The configuration with eight SATA Enterprise drive bays can hold up to 132 TB. Choose the drives bay by bay when ordering.
Your hypervisor, your virtual machines, your way of splitting resources between them. That needs access to the hardware, and IPMI and your own image work on every configuration.
For smaller workloads, there is Linux VPS in Warsaw: root access and NVMe without renting an entire server.

What people ask before a first order.
From a few hours. The exact time depends on the particular build: the server is assembled by hand: drives and memory are fitted to the ordered configuration, the system is installed and the credentials are issued.
If timing matters, ask support before paying: for a specific configuration they can name it more precisely than this page can.
The city, yes; a particular data center, by arrangement. Every server stands in Warsaw, in one of our two facilities, and which one a server sits in depends on the server rather than on the plan.
When the facility matters, because your own equipment is already there, say, or you need a particular network, write to us before ordering and we will find a server in the right one. How the facilities differ is set out on the data center pages.
You do. We hand over the server with the system installed and root access; setup, updates and software are your side from there. Hardware, network, power and physical access to the server stay with us.
If keeping an engineer on staff makes no sense, maintenance can be bought separately, as one-off jobs or ongoing, see server administration. It is a separate service with its own price, not part of the plan for the server.
We replace the failed drive: keeping the hardware working is our responsibility. Support will let you know about the replacement.
You are responsible for the data and its backups. We do not make backups of dedicated servers or restore data after replacing a drive. Software RAID does not replace a backup either: if you need a mirror, you set it up in the operating system.
Yes. Of the ready-made ones we install AlmaLinux, CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu; the choice is made when ordering. Anything else you install yourself: every server has IPMI, that is, access to the server beyond the operating system: reboot it, enter the BIOS, mount your own image and install from it.
The same IPMI lets you reinstall the system at any point without ordering a new server.
Yes. You can add memory and drives to a running server through the client area. Each configuration card shows the maximum memory and the number of drive bays.
Installing components requires stopping the server, so we agree the timing with you in advance.
The client area issues an invoice for the company; a closing document is available there after payment. How tax is calculated and which details are needed for the documents are explained on the payments and documents page.
We hand the server over with the system installed. Everything after that is ordered separately.

About the service →If several servers need shared disk space, talk to us about connecting network storage. It is a separate service, not part of the server rental.
